Resignation of NBART President
It is with great sadness that the Executive of the NBART must announce the resignation of our President, Nicole Boudreau. Nicole has been an active member of the NBART for many years and has been a driving force behind the successful implementation of licensure for the Respiratory Therapy professionals of New Brunswick. She will be missed by all of the Executive and Board of Directors.
The Executive is pleased to announce the appointment of Beth Knowles as President of the NBART. Beth is currently carrying the position of President-Elect for the NBART but effective immediately will resume the interim role of President until the next Annual General Meeting of the NBART when she will begin her elected term as President. Please join me in congratulating and wishing Beth all the best in her new appointment. |
Registrar Appointed for the NBART
The Executive of the NBART is pleased to announce that as of December 3, 2009, Troy Denton has been assigned the position of Registrar for the NBART. This is a six month term and is intended to cover the period of licensing renewal for the 2010-2011 year. Troy has spent a great deal of volunteer time and effort setting up and managing the licensing process for the association and the executive feels that he is the best choice for the position at this time. |
